| Sage Daniel Patterson was Born on September
20th 2007 at Oregon
Health Sciences University in Portland
Oregon. He weighed in at 6lbs 15oz and 20 Inches long.
He was born at 4:47pm. I think one of the most amazing
memories I have of Sages birth was the morning he was born as the
sun rose over Mt.
Hood I took a photo it just seemed to me like the morning was
the way it should for an amazing human being to come into the world.

| Molli and I were sitting on the Porch talking about “The Baby” and we called him It because at the time we were not sure about the sex and his sister Leilani looked at us and said “Why are you calling the baby it? His name is Sage and he likes Green.. “ well that sealed it we stuck with Sage Daniel Patterson and I think at that point Molli started to think maybe I was right it was a boy. And sure enough here he is today. We seem to still have a hard time getting him green clothes but that’s okay. Many years to come. A note about the Name Sage. It was after sage was born that I started working on this family history project. When I discovered our relation to the Sage family and James Sage I was shocked to say the least. But anymore occasionally I will call Sage James and see what his response is. He is none the less an amazing boy. |  |
