If anything has ever been true about our family we love to eat and we love to eat good food there have been countless holidays where we felt like the only thing left to do was fall asleep. Pumpkin Pie 1982
Grandma's Pumpkin Pie 1982
In my mothers own hand writing
1 Can Pumpkin
1 egg slightly beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 pkg small Jell-O Pudding and Pie Filling (NOT INSTANT) 6 oz size
3 tablespoons Sugar
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a sauce pan.
Bring to boil stirring constantly for one (1) minute till it becomes thick
and pulls away from the sides.
remove from stove top and pour into a prepared cooked pie shell and let sit.
Serve with whip cream
