If anything has ever been true about our family we love to eat and we love to eat good food there have been countless holidays where we felt like the only thing left to do was fall asleep. My Moms (Danna Doty-Patterson-Donovan)
Lasagna
Lasagna, Lasagna, Lasagna, Garfields Best Friend... This is the one to make!
2 lbs hamburger
1 small onion
1 jar “Paul
Newman’s MARINARA SAUCE not spaghetti sauce)
1 medium size cottage cheese
3-4 drops tobacco sauce
1 box large noodles
Monterey Jack and Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded
*Note when baking cover with foil*
- Brown hamburger and chopped onion
- Pour in Marinara sauce and the 3 -4 drops of Tabasco and simmer 15 min.
- Boil Noodles
- Place a thin layer of sauce on the bottom and start to build up:
- Meat sauce
- Noodle
- Cottage cheese
- Noodle
- Sauce
- Monterey Jack and Mild Cheddar
- Do this at least twice !
Bake at 375 one hour and call your friends!
