If anything has ever been true about our family we love to eat and we love to eat good food there have been countless holidays where we felt like the only thing left to do was fall asleep. My Moms (Danna Doty-Patterson-Donovan)
Oregon Soda Bread
1 tsp of baking soda with
1 cup of warm water
Add 2 ¼ cups of flour and
1 tsp salt
Knead well together
The Dough may be used at once or allowed to rise overnight in warm place.
In either case: Flatten dough to a thickness of 1 inch.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
