If anything has ever been true about our family we love to eat and we love to eat good food there have been countless holidays where we felt like the only thing left to do was fall asleep. Carmel Corn
Carmel Corn
By Lisa Zimmerman (My mothers friend)
½ cup margarine (1stick)
1 cup brown sugar
¼ Karo Syrup light
½ teaspoon salt
Cook over medium heat until bubbly and stir at a boil for 5 min.
Add
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon vanilla
Stir till frothy
Pour over popcorn
Stir it all together
Spread over a cookie sheet spayed with pam
And bake in oven at 200 degrees for 10 min.
