4 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups extra strong coffee, needs boiling
1 whole vanilla bean split open
1/5 bottle of brandy

Mix coffee and sugar
Dissolve and then add the bean
Cool mixture then add brandy

Put in dark bottles cork and age
