Here is the BEST Wassail Bowl I ever found

Christmas Wassail Bowl

After it is made, make it beautiful with plenty of sliced oranges and pineapple rings and cinnamon sticks!
6 cups apple cider or juice (best with Hood River Apples [NW hint])
1 cinnamon stick
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp Clove
3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
1 can (1lb 4oz) can unsweetened pineapple juice

First Prepare..
Heat oven to 325 degrees’ (slow med) stud 3 whole oranges with whole cloves about ½ inch apart on the orange. Place in baking pan with a little water just enough to cover the bottom of the pan and bake for 30 min.
Float the baked oranges on top of the wassail in the punch bow and use individual cinnamon sticks for stirs.
Heat the cider and cinnamon stick in a large pan. Bring to boil and simmer covered for 5 min. add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 5 min longer .
Keep hot over low hear or heat in small batches as guest arrive
Makes about 20 cups
